Oh no Cherish,
Our hearts go out to you, Keith and his children tonight. This is so unreal. Know that you have the support of the entire Wheatley community and we are available to do whatever we can to help you through this terribly sad time. Please let me know if you would like me to alert his classmates with details. I’ll await your response.
Fondly, Diana Soll
I have never been this sad. Condolences to you, Christie, Brandon, Zack and the rest of us that loved him. You were very brave and strong. I am proud of you. Keith was a wonderful gift, gone way too soon.
I love you.
I have no words. Hugs and prayers from my family to yours.
Cherish,
I am in disbelief!!! I only had the pleasure of meeting Keith once and from that one time I could tell what a beautiful person and a beautiful soul that he was. Just by looking at the two of you together I could see the strong connection and how much you loved each other. Know that not everyone in life gets to experience what you had together. Cherish that feeling and the memories you had with him. I know you will greatly miss him. Thinking of you!!!

Oh Dear,
Our prayers and hearts are with all of you. you have exhibited strength beyond measure Cherish. We were blessed to have known him. We will continue to keep David in our thoughts, tell him he better get better or I will come out and he will not like that. take care.
Hi Cherish, I said it yesterday and i’ll repeat it again: The time that Keith spent with you were the best years of his life, you may not have known him the longest but your time with him was his most meaningful. As one of his oldest friends I can not convey in words just how much that has meant to him (and me). I told Keith yesterday that a man is not judged by the number of nickels in his pocket but by the love shared by his friends and family. In that view, he was the richest among men. And you helped him at every step. The world has lost great man and I miss him as he was not only my best friend and likea brother. But I too feel richer and uplifted for having known him and for having the honor of calling him a friend. Love you guys and I will see you soon. Bill Palmer
So sad. Keith was my first friend when I moved to Old Westbury. It was the summer of 1969 and Rochelle, Keith’s mom, came over and introduced themselves. Old Westbury is still trying to recover. Cherish, Christie, Brandon , Jesse, Margaret, Henry, my condolences to all. I too had the honor of calling Keith my friend.

Cherish: I had the honour of knowing Keith since we were in kindergarten. There’s a lot of truth in the old adage that ‘All I Really Need To Know I Learned In Kindergarten.’ Well, everything you learned about Keith during your time together, I learned about him back in kindergarten. He was faithful, honest, loyal, dependable, he had great determination, and he had his priorities straight-family and friends came first-and he was someone who would always do the right thing. He’s at peace now, and I’m sure he still has that big smile that he had in our first class picture. Love to you and your family. We’ll see you soon.

I have wonderful, happy, memories of Keith, going back to 1969. So sad is his passing, yet I chuckle remembering him for all the funny memories. That is how I will remember him . . . with his beautiful smile, whacky antics, and being a really, really “good guy” through and through. Cherish, thank you for sharing all you have through your words. You are clearly Keith’s Angel. Most heartfelt condolences to you, Christie and Brandon, Jesse and Margaret, and the rest of the family.

I’m so sorry to hear this news, my sincere condolences. He will be missed.
I wanted a miracle for the two of you. I am so sorry, Cherish. My prayers are with you.
I love you.
